In India people are dying from fluoride poisoning - letter

RE:Fluoride POISONING from toothpastes

Ground water in almost the entire subcontinent has excess fluoride in it, and in some regions -- e.g., Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh --the level is VERY HIGH, 25 ppm [parts per million] in some places. Vegetables and food grains grown in water containing fluoride take up and retain the fluoride, and some plants may even convert it to the UTTERLY DEADLY POISON, fluoroacetic acid.
At the same time, almost all well known brands of TOOTHPASTE now contain added fluoride. The manufacturers MISCHIEVOUSLY and wrongly call it vitamin Fluoride. There are also many mouthwashes containing very high concentration of fluoride. WHY ARE THE MEDICAL PEOPLE IGNORING THIS HORRIBLE PRACTICE OF DELIBERATE MASS POISONING? WHY ARE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES NOT ACTING?
On my part I urge the readers to AVOID BUYING THESE POISONOUS TOOTHPASTES, mostly made by foreign-based MNCs, and go in for so-called "herbal" toothpastes made by indigenous companies, like Neem, Dabur, Himalaya Herbal Dental Cream, etc.
