Ireland

Clonakilty in West Cork has become the second town in Ireland to achieve fluoride free status as part of the Fluoride Free Towns movement. Thanks to Owen Boyden and Anne Cullinane for placing Clonakilty on the map for fluoride free food and drinks. The businesses that have kindly and graciously committed to making this local initiative possible are The Fernhill House Hotel; The Lettercollum Kitchen Project; The Winery; Betty Brosnans, Coffee Mezzo, Jagged Edge and The Sticky Bun. All these businesses listed have given an assurance to their customers that beverage and food products made on their premises will be fluoride free, thus allowing their customers the opportunity to shop local and reduce their risk of exposure to the adverse health affects associated with fluoride ingestion. To see how you can help your town acquire fluoride free status, please follow the link herehttp://fluoridefreetowns.com/how-to-acquire-fluoride-free-status/
