The Blackpool MIlk saga is trundling along nicely, with the Food crimes Unit referring my complaint of criminal misrepresentation of a food as having a medicinal property being referred around the merry-go-round to  wait for it - Public Health England, no less! Yep - that's the same gang that's committing the offence in the first place. 

This raises some pretty fundamental questions about who exactly has power to control Regulators when they are themelves the formally appoined guardians of the law but decline to carry out their statutory duties.
